Welcome. Grounded in a Summa Cum Laude MA in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a comprehensive educational journey at Naropa, my practice is a convergence of rigorous academic knowledge and a profound engagement with contemplative sciences. Over the last 15 years, I have dedicated myself to the study and application of mindfulness, integrating extensive training in sitting meditation and yoga with my therapeutic work. This immersion in mindfulness and movement, complemented by a deep exploration of neuroscience and relaxation techniques, informs my holistic approach to mental wellness. My commitment to personal and professional growth has been tested in various survival programs, challenging the limits of resilience and adaptability.

My therapeutic approach, while rooted in object relations theory, is enriched by these experiences, offering a distinctive blend of evidence-based practices and contemplative wisdom. It's a journey that emphasizes the transformative power of mindfulness, the importance of the body-mind connection, and the development of coping strategies to navigate life's challenges. I believe in fostering a therapeutic relationship that supports growth, self-discovery, and the cultivation of a meaningful, balanced life.

I invite you to connect, opening a path to explore how we can collaboratively navigate your journey towards healing and self-realization.
